Ceyket Fashion Ltd was founded on 19 February 2021 by Cigdem Kucuk, a Senior Freelance Pattern Cutter with almost 30 years of experience in the garment industry. The company provides pattern cutting, pattern development, fit development, grading and alteration services. Patterns are developed from sketches, photographs, existing garments, reference samples and individual measurements, with hand-sewn calico toiles to test the fit. As founder and director, Cigdem Kucuk personally carries out all of the company’s work. Pattern work is carried out from her home-based studio in Braintree, Essex; fitting, cutting and alteration work is carried out at clients’ workshops. Ceyket Fashion Ltd works with designers, fashion and costume businesses, alteration workshops and private clients on a freelance, project-by-project basis.
